We offer much more than just physical training.

Our curriculum is a proven combination of traditional Korean martial arts, military, law enforcement, and sport competition training. Students develop a well-rounded fitness and skills base that can serve them well in a variety of circumstances from street self-defense to sport competition.

More than just providing physical training, we are an outstanding total personal development program for our students. Training with us develops the entire person — body, mind, spirit & character — like few other activities can. Imagine what you can achieve and who you can become over time through the centuries-proven process of traditional martial arts training. Both children and adults develop a self-confidence and self-discipline that sets a foundation for a great life!

If you have questions about our school or wonder what martial arts training is all about, just call us! We have provided martial arts instruction to hundreds of satisfied students in the greater Duluth, MN and Cloquet, MN areas for more than 20 years. Our students have come from throughout the entire Minnesota and Wisconsin Northland, including Duluth, Superior, Hermantown, Cotton, Proctor, Two Harbors, Cloquet, Carlton, Esko, Barnum, Moose Lake, Cromwell, and beyond.
